Although he hailed from a long line of culinary excellence in Italy, his heart bore a special connection to Argentina, thanks to his beloved grandfather who had migrated from Buenos Aires to start a new life in Italy.

Rosario's passion for cooking was unrivalled, but his real talent shone through in one particular aspect of the culinary world – the art of selecting and preparing the perfect cut of meat. His skill in choosing the finest cuts and grilling them to perfection had patrons from far and wide singing praises of his culinary genius.

In March 2022, Rosario decided it was time to share his love for meat and his culinary expertise with the vibrant city of London. He had a vision of creating a haven for meat lovers, where every bite was a celebration of flavours and textures. With unwavering determination, he opened a steakhouse on a quaint corner in the heart of London.

But Rosario wasn't alone in this venture; he had his family by his side. His wife, Zineb, brought a touch of elegance to the interior, choosing rich, warm colours and cozy seating that created the perfect ambiance for a memorable dining experience. Their son, Ciro, was responsible for the restaurant's name, and he decided on "Mr. Steak," a name that exuded charm and an air of sophistication. Finally, their daughter, Jasmin, was tasked with the most important role – tasting and approving the entire food menu to ensure that every dish lived up to her father's high standards.

With their combined efforts, Mr. Steak quickly became a sensation in the London dining scene. The aroma of sizzling meat wafted through the streets, drawing in customers who left with smiles of pure gastronomic delight. The restaurant's ambiance, the perfectly grilled steaks, and the impeccable service soon gained the attention of food enthusiasts across the city.

As word spread, Mr. Steak's reputation soared. Customers began to leave glowing reviews on Google, resulting in an impressive 4.9-star rating. Rosario's dedication to his craft and the love that his family poured into every aspect of the restaurant paid off in the best way possible.

Within just a year and a half, Mr. Steak had risen to become the 50th best restaurant among over 40,000 culinary establishments in London, a remarkable feat for a family-owned steakhouse. Rosario's dream of sharing his love for food had not only come true but had exceeded his wildest expectations. Together with his family, he continued to create culinary masterpieces that left customers with a taste of Italy, a touch of Argentina, and a whole lot of love.
